Mail Order Shop - Dispatch & Delivery Information

Subject to availability, Creeside Salmon's dispatch days are Tuesday and Thursday following receipt of order. In the event of an item being unavailable, we will contact you for further instructions. For UK, items are posted by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery by 5pm the following day (two working days for Highlands & Islands, Herm & Sark, Chl Islands). It is insured against loss or non-delivery. This service can be tracked by ourselves and the post office, delivers to your door, usually with normal post and requires a signature on receipt.

For Overseas orders, the parcels are insured against loss or damage, and depending on country, tracked part way or fully to delivery. Additional postage charges are : Europe - £7.00 per item and for the rest of the World - £14 per item, which will be added to your bill. For ALL OVERSEAS Orders, please give us plenty of notice if required for a specific date.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF NON DELIVERY, Creeside Salmon cannot take any responsibility for loss, non-delivery or incorrect delivery date once the product has been dispatched.

Please note, Wild Salmon is seasonal and Wild Venison can sometimes be unavailable. Whilst we make every effort to ensure products are available at all times, there will be odd occasions when they are not. Where possible, place orders early for these items, to avoid any disappointment.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order once received, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY in the first instance. Any subsequent returns must be unopened and in original packaging. In the event of cancellation of order in any circumstance, any refund will be subject to an administration fee.

Payment is required in full, prior to dispatch, by one of the following credit or debit cards, with a minimum order of £15.00. Please have your card details ready when ordering. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
