Subject to availability, Creeside Salmon's despatch days are usually Tuesday and Thursday following receipt of order. In the event of an item being unavailable, we will contact you for further instructions or substitute an item of similar or greater value.
If a specific date is required, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements for your order to arrive in good time..
Delivery Arrangements
Ideally, there should be someone in to receive the parcel, but if not please leave instructions on where to leave the parcel i.e. In the porch or with next door neighbour. A contact phone number for your recipient should also be provided at checkout stage, in case the driver cannot locate the exact address. If there are no alternative delivery instructions, the driver is asked to leave the parcel in a secure place.
We cannot accept any order for delivery without a Postcode! These help to get your parcel to it’s destination as quickly as possible. The Royal Mail helpline is 0906 3021 222 if you are unsure of a postcode.
OVERSEAS Delivery – Smoked Salmon only
We are unable to ship fresh venison or salmon overseas, but we can ship smoked salmon. For all overseas orders, please give us plenty of notice if required for a specific date.
We can deliver to Most of Europe, Asia, South Africa and South America.
We cannot deliver to USA, Canada, New Zealand or Australia.
Unfortunately, at present we are unable to ship our luxury smoked salmon or wild venison to these countries due to international customs restrictions.
How long will it take to get there?
We usually despatch for overseas delivery on a Monday and the parcel normally arrives 3-4 working days later, depending on the destination. However, we cannot take any responsibility for late arrival due to adverse weather conditions. We can however track your parcel from despatch to delivery.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
At Creeside we strive to offer the very best customer service but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a specific day for overseas delivery. We use FedEx courier service and we do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
