Alterations & Cancellations
We can accept alterations to orders a minimum of 3 days prior to day of despatch. Please advise by phone. There is a charge of £3.00 per delivery address to carry out your alteration instructions. However during our peak winter season (October to December) the minimum notice period extends to 2 weeks.
Any cancellation of order placed via phone or website will be subject to an admin charge of £6.00 per delivery address plus any credit card charges incurred. The minimum notice period for cancellation is 2 weeks prior to despatch, after this we are unable to offer any refund.

Returns and Non Delivery
Occasionally some packages may be delayed or even undelivered by the courier. Please contact us by phone as soon as you have any concerns or if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason  for any reason. The sooner we know we can reslove the problem or start the tracking process.
If we cannot resolve the problem by tracking the parcel to confirm a new delivery date, we will offer a replacement or full refund if the parcel has gone missing due to a fault with the courier or Post Ofice.  We will usually be able to resolve any problem within a few days but it may take up to 30 days if the delivery service is at fault and you require a full refund. You will be kept informed at all times.  
Creeside cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses given by the customer.

Products
The photographs used for smoked salmon and venison may look very similar. Please check the item descriptions thoroughly to ensure the correct product is ordered.

Wild Smoked Salmon and Wild Venison
Wild Salmon is seasonal and Wild Venison, due to it’s nature can sometimes be unavailable. Whilst we make every effort to ensure products are available at all times, there will be occasions when they are not.
Where possible, place orders early for these items, to avoid any disappointment or register your interest on our waiting lists, especially for Christmas delivery. Any available wild smoked salmon or venison will be sold on a strict first come first served basis as many of our customers are aware!

Payment
Payment is required in full, prior to despatch, by credit or debit card. Please have your card details ready when ordering. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
