Due to the nature of the Wild Scottish Salmon, our supplies do vary from year to year and can be limited and seasonal. There is hardly ever enough Wild Smoked Scottish Salmon to go around and we nearly always have a pre-order list, especially at Christmas! (Please email me to be put on this list).
All of our wild salmon are from local rivers, mainly the Cree, located near our smoke house in Dumfries and Galloway, South West Scotland. We have very good working relationships with a number of trustworthy and licensed fishermen based locally. They have their own nets and are regulated with limits and restrictions relating to fishing seasons, catch size and weight of fish.
Throughout the summer season we have several deliveries a day of wild salmon, fresh from the river. The fresh salmon are prepared and frozen to be smoked at a later date, or immediately smoked to our own unique and traditional recipe which has been successfully used for generations.
Creeside Wild Smoked Scottish Salmon is seasonal and availability depends on how good the year’s catch has been. It is available in various sizes, whole sides or sliced packs to suit all occasions and budgets, and is packaged for posting in an attractive insulated box with P&P for next day UK delivery included in the price.
