Creeside Salmon & Stalking offers guests luxurious accommodation, whether you come for Sporting Activities or to have a holiday in South West Scotland.

Situated in the beautiful Galloway Hills, Creeside Cottage and Apartment are two miles north of Newton Stewart, on the A714 in an area known as Challoch. Although rural, we are close to all local amenities and the most popular of the tourist attractions and places of interest, as well as being not too far from those places which are 'off the beaten track'. The area also has plenty of walks, trails and beaches.

Newton Stewart is a busy market town with a variety of shops including the essential food stores, medical centre and chemist, arts and crafts shops, pine furniture, clothes and charity shops. There is also a cinema, library, indoor swimming pool, lawn and indoor bowls and golf course.

The cottage and apartment are situated in three acres of private landscaped and well maintained wooded grounds and gardens, which include a summer house, stone bridge, woodland area with stream running through, lawns, pergola and patio area.

The accommodation is superb, a centrally heated, self contained apartment which has a bed sitting room with a double bed and double sofa bed, T.V / Video, shower room with toilet, fully equipped kitchen / dining area, and separate laundry washing and drying facilities. This sleeps up to four guests. There is also a private room in the main house, twin bedded with en-suite shower room and toilet, T.V and Tea / Coffee making facilities.

All the accommodation is offered as B&B or Self Catering, or with Breakfast and/or Dinner supplied if required. We also offer Creeside Gourmet Breaks, a luxuriously pampering treat for anyone. With the focus being on plenty of good food and wine, evening meals consist of a three course gourmet delight accompanied by specially chosen fine wines, with coffee and liqueurs to finish.
